Andrew “Drew” Koven is the Co-Managing Director of LDR Ventures, a Female Led, Early Stage, venture capital and management consulting firm whose core values are to advance diversity, inclusion and impact.

He has successfully incubated, operated, turned around, transformed, advised and invested in consumer lifestyle brands, eCommerce and digital marketplaces worldwide for over twenty-five years. Key industry verticals include: Food, Fashion, Legal Tech, Travel Tech, Mobile Tech, Consumer Electronics and Toys, Warehousing, Distribution and Logistics.

Widely regarded for his ability to simplify complexity and achieve growth and profitability with clear paths to achieve, he is a people before profits driven leader. Drew started his digital journey as a pioneering force in Internet Grocery by collaborating with innovative teams, marketing and technology companies to develop and execute strategies and solutions which enable profitable growth.

Drew has a B.S. degree in Finance from Syracuse University with dual minors in economics and marketing.

He is the Executive & VC in Residence at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and serves on the Board of QL+ whose mission is to foster and generate innovations that aid and improve the quality of life for those who have served our country. He previously served on the Boards of The Guess Foundation and Stuart House.
