Claude Silver is VaynerMedia's inaugural Chief Heart Officer, the capstone of a career that spans nearly 20 years at numerous Fortune 50 companies. Prior to arriving at the agency, Claude held senior leadership posts at both J. Walter Thompson and Publicis in each firm’s London office. In both positions, she steered development of brand strategies, agency partnerships, product teams, media, sales, and internal management.
Apart from her work across the marketing and media ecosystem, Claude co-founded and served as Managing Director at GirlsAdventureOUT, a women-focused ourdoor adventure enterprise. A lifelong affinity for outdoor pursuits also led her to become a certified Outward Bound instructor.
It is Claude’s track record of hiring and nurturing exceptional talent and leading large-scale global teams that propelled the creation of her current position, one specifically tailored to her capabilities and experience. A native of New York City, she is overjoyed at finally returning to her city of origin.
