Dr. Wasif is Founder and CEO of Ivy Strategy Advisor® (formerly known as Ivy League Advisor), an educational and leadership strategy consulting firm based in Washington, D.C. He launched Ivy Strategy Advisor with a mission to help students and young professionals unlock their potential through a unique process he created known as “disruptive transformation.” An expert in education and leadership development, he developed the proprietary, data-driven, Innovative Leadership Program™ that mentors clients globally. Wasif, an avid proponent of youth empowerment, leadership, entrepreneurship, and innovation, conducts professional development programs and workshops for schools, universities, nonprofits, governments and the private sector (e.g. McKinsey) worldwide. Huffington Post named him as one of “5 People Inspiring Peace Globally” for his education and leadership work. He mentors students, young professionals and executives globally. He develops their leadership skills unlocking their true potential to achieve their educational and career objectives. He completed his Ph.D. in Applied Physics from Cornell University. He is an active member of the Cornell alumni community.
