Through SRS, Lisa Dolan and her team expect to transform men’s shopping through a seamless, omni-channel personalized shopping portal for men. While working in finance, Dolan saw firsthand how her busy colleagues had little time or patience for traditional shopping methods. She, like most men, does not want to see endless pages of thumbnails of jackets, pants, etc. They want to know how to put all this together. The SRS mission is to provide men with quality clothing, service and guidance akin to the quality provided to clients of bespoke tailors on Savile Row; the service has been transformed into a process that works in today’s digital world. Using a mixture of proprietary and public technologies, SRS stylists are able to work with busy professionals wherever they are in the world and give them a seamless wardrobe building experience via cutting edge virtual styling tools and the most popular video conferencing services.
To ensure that their clients have an unforgettable experience, SRS works with both the best stylists and the best brands in the world. Their roster of talent includes wardrobe and personal style consultants who have dressed Royalty, celebrities and top executives all over the world. Its New York showroom is located overlooking Madison Square Park at 1115 Broadway.
Dolan holds a BA in International Studies and a concentration in both Entrepreneurship & Management and French from Johns Hopkins University. She is on sabbatical from Columbia Business School Class to pursue her business full time. Prior to business school, Dolan worked in finance, as an associate at a premier investment bank in mid-town Manhattan where she covered consumer and retail companies. Prior to this, Lisa worked as an analyst at American Express and Samson Capital Advisors, a boutique investment management firm.
Dolan was recently listed in Luxury Daily as one of their 2015 “Women to Watch.”
Now Dolan is expanding SRS, and in late 2016 will launch Savil.me. Savil.me will be the first go-to ecommerce destination site for men. The portal will provide a human face to forward thinking technology such as a clothes try-on feature through augmented reality and an algorithm based presentation of products tool, and goes further by pairing these looks with experiences in men’s lives: travel, dating, work, sports events, etc.
