Andi E. Bernstein

 

Andi Bernstein is Head of Expansion and Strategic Partnerships for Compass, a technology company that is helping people connect with the world around them by harnessing local expertise. Previously, Ms. Bernstein was Senior Vice President of Oxygen Media (1999-2007) and was part of the management team that launched the network in 1999, at that time the only independent network owned and operated by women. The network was sold to NBC Universal in 2007. Prior to that, she worked in the financial and media industries, including Chase Manhattan Bank's Media and Entertainment Division, Time, Inc., Brant Publications, and Rockefeller Financial Services.

Ms. Bernstein is on the Board of The Joseph Papp Public Theater and is a member of the Woodrow Wilson School Advisory Council at Princeton University. Ms. Bernstein was also a member of the National Finance Committee (NFC) for both the 2008 and 2012 Obama Presidential Campaigns and was one of the organizers and leaders of Women for Obama in New York.

Ms. Bernstein graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Princeton University with a B.A. from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs. She is married to Tom A. Bernstein and they have three children.
